The DeKalb County District Attorney’s UIFSA Division will close to the public, effective Friday, June 5, 2026. Effective May 8, 2026, no new applications may be accepted and no new cases will be opened at this office. Moving forward, the DeKalb County DCSS Office located at 2910 Miller Road, Suite 100, Decatur, GA 30035, will assume full responsibility for establishing, enforcing, and modifying both interstate and intrastate child support cases in DeKalb County.
