Georgia Child Support Guidelines Commission
The Georgia Commission on Child Support was created for the purpose of studying and collecting information and data relating to child support orders as well as creating and revising the child support obligation table, if appropriate and needed. The Commission conducts a comprehensive review of the child support guidelines, economic conditions, and all matters relevant to maintaining effective and efficient child support guidelines and modifying child support orders that serve the best interests of Georgia's children.
